ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II, Resource Development (RD), to perform core administrative support functions for the executive director and leadership giving officer(s).  Will perform a wide range of administrative activities in support of the Office of Individual Giving (OIG); help to build, coordinate, enhance, and implement business processes within OIG; and effectively collaborate with colleagues in the Office of Leadership Giving, Office of Gift Planning, Office of Philanthropic Partnerships, Alumni Association, school development offices, RD Communications, RD Development Services, and RD Human Resources. 

Job Requirements

REQUIRED:  a high school diploma or its equivalent; at least three years’ experience working in a busy office supporting high-level administrators or executives; wide ranging knowledge of office procedures; ability to independently organize, prioritize, and carry out detailed procedures in a busy office setting with minimal supervision; initiative; ability to manage a high volume of work; tact and good judgment with confidential information; excellent interpersonal skills; proficient writing, editing, and proofreading skills; familiarity with e-mail and electronic calendars; attention to detail; and a flexible approach to the work environment.  Experience with Macintosh computers and Microsoft Word and FileMaker Pro software desired.  Experience in an office that operates globally would be a plus.  Strong preference will be given to those with fluency in Spanish.  Job #17937-5
