Applications are invited for the post of Head of Marketing in the Directorate of Marketing & Communications at of Royal Holloway, University of London.

The Marketing team is responsible for motivating and engaging target external audiences by identifying, bringing to life and effectively expressing Royal Holloway’s stories through a variety of channels in the most inspiring, impactful and relevant way, and the Head of Marketing plays a crucial role within this context.

The Head of Marketing will lead the planning, development and implementation of marketing communication campaigns and programmes which promote the reputation of Royal Holloway and support the university’s student growth targets. They will work with colleagues to maximise the contribution of owned, earned and paid for channels to deliver effective campaign development and delivery, within the context of the university’s digital first ambition.

You’ll be an experienced marketing or communications professional, with a track record of planning and delivering successful evidence-driven, audience-focused marketing strategies, plus considerable experience of both print and digital production and an understanding 0f brand management. If you have proven ability to work collaboratively and with stakeholders at all levels, to lead a high performing team, and show a commitment to outstanding customer service, we would like to hear from you.

The post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.

This is a fixed term post to cover a period of maternity leave. This appointment could end earlier than expected should the substantive post-holder return to work early.
