Applications are invited for the post of Senior Marketing Campaigns Officer (Data and Analytics) in the Department of Marketing and Communications.

This exciting role supports the team in providing data-led insights and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of campaigns so that they have a measurable, positive impact on student recruitment. Strong data and analytics skills are essential, as well as the ability to interrogate complex data sets and present data in a meaningful way.

The role also involves developing and delivering direct communications to a range of audiences, predominantly by email. The ability to write engaging and persuasive copy is therefore essential. The post-holder and will have the opportunity to own the development and delivery of student recruitment focused projects and campaigns.

The post-holder will also support the university’s advertising campaigns by producing compelling and engaging adcopy and ensuring campaigns are optimised across a range of digital channels. Therefore a good working knowledge of campaign management on social media channels is required.

The successful candidate will need to have a sound understanding of marketing and data capture platforms. Experience of using IBM Watson Marketing would be beneficial, although not essential as training will be provided.

The successful candidate will ideally have an excellent understanding and prior experience of working within the university application process, from first awareness to enrolment, as well as proven written and verbal communications skills. Previous experience in either a marketing or student recruitment environment is essential.

This marketing focused role sits within the Marketing Campaigns (Student Recruitment) team which is responsible for developing and delivering a number of creative, high impact student recruitment campaigns.

The post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
