Talent & Recruitment Consultant, Full time, Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent & Recruitment Consultant to join our centralised recruitment team who sit within the HR team. The team work closely with staff and managers across our Schools & Professional Services areas to provide a high quality, customer focused recruitment service.

The role

As Talent & Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting multiple schools and/or professional services areas with their recruitment needs, ensuring you are providing a high-quality service to your stakeholders, in order to maximise talent attraction and selection within that area.

You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process, including assessment methods, advertising, shortlisting, coordinating interview panels and logistics, delivering candidate feedback, managing, and negotiating the job offer process.

Who we are looking for

You will be an experienced recruitment professional with proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service throughout all areas of candidate and/or client management. You will demonstrate the ability to work to tight deadlines within a fast-paced recruitment environment. You will demonstrate a strong ability to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders of all levels.
