Applications are invited for a Research Assistant in the Superconductivity group, with an emphasis on the empirical, computational and theoretical understanding of superconductors

The successful applicant will work directly with Prof. D. P. Hampshire and other members of the research team. The successful applicant will have a strong first degree in physics or a related subject, with research experience in a relevant topic related to superconductivity. The work will involve investigations of Niobium-Titanium superconducting wires and the simulation of non-linear magnetic behaviour in hard and soft superconductors.

This role is Full Time and Fixed Term for 6 months.
