Centre for Immunobiology & Regenerative Medicine
(Part-time – 1 x - 0.2 FTE position)
Applications are invited for a Clinical Research Fellow to support the Centre for Immunobiology & Regenerative Medicine. The post holder will work as part of a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, scientists, nurses and support staff within the Centre for Oral Clinical Research, and with other team members from the larger organization, providing clinical research support for studies relating to periodontology. The post holder will be reporting to Professor of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry.
Applicants must have achieved or be working towards MPhil or PhD in Periodontology or relevant clinical dentistry subject.
Applicants must have full registration with the General Dental Council and will have demonstrable clinical research experience in the field of periodontology.
This post is part-time (0.2 FTE 7 hours per week) and is fixed term for 14 months. The start date for the role is 1 August 2019. Starting salary will be in the range £32,569 - £47,139 (pro rata) per annum plus £1,470 London Allowance. The successful candidate/s will be require an Enhanced DBS check.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
