About the position

This position will play a key role in providing support to embed the implementation of strategic plans that were developed in the School of Education and the La Trobe Business School in 2018. This will require identifying roles and responsibilities, frameworks for project management, governance, decision making and reporting within the existing resources and operations of the respective schools.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, you will have demonstrated conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills to effectively analyse and solve complex organisational, procedural and governance issues. Previous experience working closely with Faculties or Schools across diverse disciplines in supporting a business change, in a complex and sensitive environment, in matters of teaching and learning and/or course and subject development.  Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills is essential.
