The University of Bristol is seeking a skilled research co-ordinator to support the health research in multiple musculoskeletal and pain-related projects.
Working in a busy multi-disciplinary research unit, the post-holder will be responsible for supporting research work in multiple ways. Examples of work include management of grant application processes, project planning, editing written work, addressing queries and provision of PA support to a busy Professor. The post-holder will need to apply specialist knowledge and plan and organize their own work activities.
They will be responsible for implementing improvements in processes to improve operational effectiveness.
The role is based within the Medical School, Bristol. The office base will be in the Learning and Research Building, Southmead Hospital, Bristol. In addition, the post-holder will also need to spend some of their time at other University premises in Bristol, including in the Clifton Campus.
