The Dean of the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University appoints a selection procedure for the position Assistant professor of the Department of Psychology and Psychosomatics of the Faculty of Medicine MU with shorter weekly working hours (20 hours per week)

Required qualification:

• Completed university education in the field of psychology (with an M.D. title) or equivalent education attained abroad
• Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) or attestation in the field of clinical psychology
• At least initiated accredited psychotherapeutic training
• Professional experience in the medical field
• Teaching experience in the field of communication skills for healthcare professionals
• The capability of independent professional and scientific work including publishing activities
• The capacity to actively participate in an international conference or professional seminar
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Fluent in Czech (spoken and written)
• User's ability to work on a PC
• The active approach, initiative, and willingness for further education
• Moral integrity
