About the position

The role will be based in the La Trobe Law School and will provide general administrative services and high level customer services to staff and students to support the operations of the School. The role will work with the School Manager and broader administration team to ensure the School objectives are met, and that University policies and procedures are followed. In so doing the incumbent will observe a high standard of confidentiality.

Skills and Experience

To be successful you will have relevant work experience in a similar role within an office environment. You will possess high level interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring the provision of quality customer service to a wide range of people. Well developed organisational skills will be required in the busy and varied work environment. To succeed in this role you will also have high-level proficiency in computer software packages.
