About You 
You will have a solid track record of business experience coupled with the ability to integrate research and teaching. In addition, you will have demonstrable experience of close collaborative working with other academics and/or professionals, evidenced through direct work experience or joint working on funded research and/or knowledge transfer projects. The ability to teach across a range of Business and Management subjects with a specialism backed by PhD/published research is essential to the role. You will have excellent teaching, student support skills and a commitment to developing a relevant area of the undergraduate and postgraduate curriculum combined with an ability to communicate with employers and other external stakeholders and build networks in furtherance of the aims of the school.

About the Role
You will play a significant role in delivering business and management modules at undergraduate and postgraduate level, whilst also making a positive contribution to a range of activities across the school. The ability to offer teaching across a range of business subjects will be advantageous for this interdisciplinary post as will experience in contributing to employability and enterprise initiatives. Ability to deliver specialization in Marketing, Business Law and/or HR is particularly welcome. You will have an established research track record and the potential to produce published work suitable for submission to the Research Excellence Framework and play an active role within the development of the business school both internally and externally. Professional recognition/qualifications and/or business experience would be an advantage.
