This role is based in Singapore
Job Purpose:
- Help assist in developing product, sales, marketing propositions and engagement with audiences through understanding consumer behaviour, choice and buying cycles
- Understand the business strategy of a global, employer-led approach for future growth and what this means for day to day outputs and strategic planning in this role
- Work within a framework for providing relevant and actionable insight relating to markets, competitors and customers, across B2B markets
Key Responsibilities:
Audience insight
- Understand the different buying cycles by audience and their decision making processes, across both credit bearing and non-credit bearing programmes.
- Work with the Insight team and User Experience to build personas for each of the key programmes. Use learnings to identify motivations and barriers in the decision making process.
- Represent the voice of the market through pro-active research to develop knowledge and understanding of each audience - this includes but is not limited to call listening and mystery shopping.
- Use persona insights to create and maintain a 'playbook' of key information for each audience, including motivations and barriers in the decision making process.
Market insight:
- Undertake regular competitor analysis and mystery shopping/ benchmarking to ensure that the team is at the forefront of market changes.
- Assist in assessing market requirements including opportunity size, competitive analysis, target customers and product requirements
- Responsible for owning research for APAC, ensuring insight drives the overall regional strategy.
Commercial acumen:
- Gain a deep understanding of the sales process and business performance for each product, identifying challenges and opportunities to increase conversion where necessary
- Work with the wider department to implement initiatives that will increase conversion at each stage in the buying cycle, including but not limited to events, webinars, automation etc.
- Use audience and market insight to work with the relevant business area to inform product development strategy.
Compliance:
- Responsible for the accuracy of product information and data in all communications channels
- Develop strong effective working relationships across the team in key areas such as Channel, Content and Customer Insight
- Work with the wider business to undertake and evaluate compliance audits as required
- Work with Product Setup and ensure deployment schedule is accurately reflected across application channels
