Be part of the talented and innovative area putting Middlesex University on the map by joining our newly formed Commercial Group, with expanded marketing and communications teams.  We are looking for a range of highly motivated marketing and communications professionals to join these ambitious teams.   Based at our campus in Hendon, North London, they work collectively to raise awareness of Middlesex University and support student recruitment targets, as well as drive our reputational goals.
Our Conversion & CRM Coordinators are responsible for developing specific email marketing campaigns and coordinating the delivery of wider customer nurturing/online conversion activities across the customer journey, taking responsibility for specific aspects of these.  These will include targeted online events and the development of our Course Ambassador scheme, which uses our current students’ stories and brings them to life across digital channels. 
The role also supports the Applicant Engagement team in providing support and guidance to enquirers and applicants, and with the Digital Marketing team to ensure effective capture of prospective student information and the support of systems underpinning the customer journey.  

To excel in this role, you’ll understand the prospective student journey, the potential barriers our prospective students may face and how to motivate them to pursue university study through telling our students’ compelling stories.  You’ll have an understanding of the principles of customer relationship management, the ability to segment data and excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
