Job description

Full Time 36.5 hrs per week (Term Time Only - 38 weeks per year)

Working in the Nursery you will supervise, stimulate, promote and monitor the development of children between three months and five years on a daily basis.

You will maintain detailed records of each individual child's development and discuss any children's needs with parents along with undertaking any training to update and develop skills in dealing with children. Regular observations on each individual child in your key worker group will also be expected in line with the EYFS and planning for their needs such as next steps.

You should have a good general education (especially English and Maths) and experience of working with children in all age groups along with the ability to show a kind and caring attitude.

You must havean NVQ3 or equivalent (NNEB, BTech) to be eligible for this post. You will also be required to have an enhanced DBS check and sign up to the update service.

The hours of work for this post are Monday- Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm (38 weeks)
