The University of Bristol Estates Office has two part-time opportunities for enthusiastic and motivated people to work within Site Services as part of the cleaning supervisory team. As a Leading Cleaner you will carry out general cleaning and supervisory duties within a designated work area at the University to ensure that staff, students and visitors are provided with a cleaning service that enables teaching and learning to take place in a clean and hygienic environment.

Your duties will include, maintaining paperwork including stores orders, timesheets, accident forms and issuing stores and monitoring usage, ensuring all chemicals are used following departmental and health and safety procedures. You will also undertake daily and periodic cleaning duties within University properties following departmental procedures that meet specified standards.

Working Pattern: (2 posts)

(Mon-Fri) 21.5 hours per week
early morning start 07.00 – 11.30 Mon – Thurs & 07.00 – 11.00 Fri

(Salary - £17408 – 18.688 pro rata, hourly rate – £9.56 - £10.26)
