Supporting higher education programme delivery, you will be a highly enthusiastic and professional RCVS Registered Small Animal Veterinary Nurse and also the holder of an undergraduate qualification. You will be joining a highly motivated team, committed to the highest quality of teaching and learning, informed by research and scholarly activity.

As a Junior Lecturer you will receive extensive support in developing skills in teaching and tutoring of students, across all years of university level delivery. The successful candidate will be expected to teach and engage in student tutorials, as well as Veterinary Nursing Training Practice visits, to quality assure and provide support to our Training Practices as well as our VN Higher Education placements. 

You will demonstrate strong communication, organisation and administrative skills and have a desire to be active in the development of the programmes delivered. Teaching and or Veterinary Nursing assessing/coaching experience is desirable but not essential as Hartpury operates an extensive staff development programme.
