The University of Lincoln delivers catering in house via FoodLinc who provide a range of high quality catering services that are unique, local and sustainable to approximately 15,000 students and staff.

Working as part of a professional and dedicated team the Admin Co-ordinator will support the Catering Operations Manager ensure the department’s administration runs smoothly. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to develop new and imaginative ideas with a positive attitude towards problem solving.  A key part of this role will be revising our ordering system and EPOS till data set, redesigning till pages and introducing scanning in all units. Other aspects include processing orders on the finance system, checking invoices, cashing up tills, banking and dealing with customers and suppliers so we are looking for someone who is a wizz with spreadsheets and word documents. You must be a flexible team player as there may be times you will need to support catering staff by working on a till or catering unit. The department supports the university by opening at weekends on open days and the post holder will be required to work a number of these.
