The University of Lincoln is looking to appoint a highly motivated Health Fitness & Wellbeing Manager to join our team based in the Sports and Fitness Centre which is situated on our Brayford Pool Campus. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to join a high profile, professional organisation with excellent opportunities to grow and develop.

You will be responsible for the day to day management and supervision of our health and fitness facilities, with accountability for managing our health and fitness team. With a Personal Trainer qualification and Class Instructor qualifications, you will have substantial experience of operating and managing a health and fitness facility, with experience of leading, motivating, developing and managing a large team.

As Health Fitness & Wellbeing Manager you will play a key role in overhauling key operational procedures and implementing policies to ensure we are a modern and engaging service to all users. You should have great vision with a forward thinking mind. You will also take a lead role in delivering our exercise referral scheme.

Based on a 37 hour working week, you will be required to work on a shift based system which will include working early mornings, evenings, weekends, University closure days and Bank Holidays.
