The successful candidate will support the Safeguarding and Wellbeing Manager to ensure that Hartpury fulfils all of its statutory duties with regard to the safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults, working with both internal teams and external agencies. You will provide practical support and assistance to staff raising concerns as well as delivering training workshops and awareness raising sessions.

You will possess at least a Safeguarding Level 3 qualification and have extensive experience of working with young people in an education setting. You will also have experience of managing a demanding case load and working with external agencies. You will be passionate about supporting young people to succeed and overcome challenges and have the ability to maintain positive relationships with students and other adults.
