This exciting externally funded opportunity has arisen within the University of Lincoln's award winning Careers & Employability team. Funded by the Office for Students Challenge Fund competition, this project manager role will oversee, deliver and evaluate this exciting initiative to support students and graduates to engage with a broader range of employment opportunities across the Greater Lincolnshire region, in collaboration with our project partner, Bishop Grosseteste University.

Working to build new relations with medium to large employers across the region, the role will be required to network with a broad range of employers, to develop real world industry projects for targeted Greater Lincolnshire students to work on in multi-disciplinary teams. An integral outcome of the project is to increase the visibility and awareness of opportunity in the region, whilst connecting with local authorities to support their place marketing and graduate attraction strategies. The Project manager will have oversight and line manage a team to support various aspects of the initiative, whilst also holding responsibility for the effective management and deployment of the associated budget for the project, reporting outcomes and evaluation as necessary, ensuring that we keep to our associated targets and timeframes. This is a fixed term post to end March 2022.
