  • $93,590- $101,292 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading
  • Continuing Full-time
  • 35 hours per week

The Project Officer, Campaigns will support the design, delivery and implementation of UNSW’s inaugural fundraising campaign. The role is critical in providing assistance to the Senior Director, Campaign Operations
to ensure the goals and initiatives of the VPP Office are accomplished.

About you

To be successful in this role you will be enthusiastic, organised, performance-driven, and able to work flexibly within a team. 

Specific responsibilities for this role include:

  • Manage and provide high-level business support to the Senior Director, Campaign Operations in delivery of all aspects of the campaign including preparation of responses, monitoring the progress of a range of projects and milestones ensuring any follow-up action is undertaken in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage the project work of the campaign involving research, analysis, template development and the establishment of procedures in consultation with the Senior Director, Campaigns.
  • In consultation with the Senior Director, Campaign Operations, key stakeholders and the teams within the Division of Philanthropy, develop a suite of standard reports for campaign priorities, presentations and reporting purposes.
  • In consultation with the Senior Director, Campaign Operations, work with the Information and Analytics team to ensure that data related to the campaign is relevant and delivered in an easy to understand format.
  • Provide campaign-related data and content via the Corporate Secretary to boards and committees involving staff and volunteer leaders.
  • Develop effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, including all Philanthropy staff to ensure alignment of approach, understanding of the Campaign, milestones and outcomes.
  • Provide advice to the Senior Director, Campaign Operations regarding campaign trends for both domestic and international universities that will assist in the identification of opportunities for the Division of Philanthropy and the University.
  • Provide logistical support for UNSW’s campaign consultants and other external campaign-related partners.
  • Cooperate with all health and safety policies and procedures of the university and take all reasonable care to ensure that your actions or omissions do not impact on the health and safety of yourself or others.
