This post is full time at 37 hours per week, and is fixed term for up to one year, to cover maternity leave

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our busy HR Operations team providing HR support to a range of professional support and academic areas. Supporting the HR Business Partner team, you will advise managers on a wide range of HR matters including recruitment, employee relations, absence and performance management ensuring compliance with University policies and employment legislation. Building strong relationships with your portfolio areas is key as is a positive attitude and solid work ethic.

You will ideally be an experienced HR Advisor however we would also be interested in hearing from candidates with relevant HR experience and the right interpersonal skills who are looking to take their career to the next level.

Please note this post is fixed term for one year, or until the early return of the post holder.
