Contracts Supervisor – MEP

Salary: Grade 7, £35,210 - £39,610 per annum.

This post is full time (35 hours per week) and is offered on an open-ended basis.

You will be responsible for ensuring frameworks and contracts are effectively managed as well as providing a customer focused contract management service to agreed service levels, through Measured Term Service agreements across a range of construction maintenance and other specialist service providers. 

In addition, you will act on behalf of the University in the role of Service Manager, under the NEC3 form of Term Services contract and issue appropriate instructions.
