UCB are seeking an individual who can contribute to the teaching of business-related units on our level 3 BTEC Business course, as well as supporting our growing apprenticeship provision. Specifically, you should be able to offer teaching across the full range of business functions, which include: Finance; Human Resources; Operations; Marketing. Experience of having taught on the BTEC Business and Finance course would be an advantage.
A degree-level qualification alongside relevant industry experience is essential.
In addition to being able to inspire students of this level, it is important to have an enthusiastic approach and recognise the importance of pastoral support in developing and nurturing students from a range of backgrounds.
The post-holder must be flexible in relation to working hours as the role will involve working evenings and occasional weekends.
