SETsquared Bristol is a globally recognised, university-led business incubator providing business support to technology entrepreneurs. We currently work with over 80 companies, who are developing things such as digital marketplaces, new types of drones, and even sustainable ways of filtering water. Every day is different, and you would get a buzz from seeing the companies develop and helping other people succeed on their journey.

The Admin Assistant plays a core part of the team, managing the SETsquared Bristol office and organising various activities for our member companies, such as events, workshops and business review panels. You will also be the key point of contact for any queries coming in from potential customers or partners, and you will personally liaise with our existing members ensuring they receive excellent service. The Admin Assistant will also manage busy schedules of the key team members.

The role will appeal to someone who is very well organised and enjoys planning and organising activities. You need to be a team player, but also able to take initiative and work independently. We are passionate about making an impact, and get a real buzz working with inspiring technology entrepreneurs developing ground-breaking innovations. If that appeals to you - apply!

For any informal enquiries please contact Monika Radclyffe - monika.radclyffe@setsquared.co.uk

The closing date for applications is 11.59pm on Tuesday 2nd April 2019.

We only accept applications via the website. CVs sent directly to SETsquared team will not be reviewed.

Interviews are planned to be held on 10th April 2019. Please notify us if you are not available on that date.

We appreciate and value difference, seeking to attract, develop and retain a diverse mix of talented people that will contribute to the overall success of Bristol and help maintain our position as one of the world’s leading universities.
