Job description

Role Summary:

This is a key post that will contribute to the ambitions of the University's new Strategic Plan 2017/18 - 2022/23.

To deliver a professional, approachable and inclusive Student advice service in response to a wide range of non-academic Student enquiries.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

To act as the first point of contact for a wide range of non-academic enquiries

To efficiently and effectively resolve enquiries from students, staff, and prospective students, either face-to-face, via e-mail & social media, over the telephone, or via the electronic enquiry system

To record all Student enquiries, interactions and appointments onto the relevant recording systems'

To ensure that the highest standards of service excellence are maintained at all times.

This position is suitable for Full Time or Term Time (32 weeks of the year)
