The Department of Built Environment within the Faculty of Engineering & Technology seeks to appoint a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in the field of Building Surveying.

You will join the Building Surveying and Architectural Technology section within the Department and will be expected to make broad contributions to teaching, research and related activities. You will be required to deliver undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in the fields of Property, Building Surveying, Facilities Management and related fields including interdisciplinary projects. Significant contribution to the research activity of the Department and Faculty will be expected in collaboration with existing research colleagues in areas associated with, for example, BIM, sustainable construction technology, facilities management and productive workplaces. In addition you will contribute to the development and delivery of outreach and engagement initiatives, and enterprise activity, for construction and property professionals.
