This is a full time post of 37 hours per week

The amenity areas of Riseholme Park and the horticultural unit are managed and maintained to :

• To provide a well-resourced, well-managed site to support teaching and research throughout the University
• To provide a high quality environment to attract and support commercial partners and projects
• To provide a high quality environment for the community at large as part of the civic University

As a member of the grounds team, you will assist with the day to day maintenance of the horticultural unit and grounds within Riseholme Park to a high standard. This will include watering duties on weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis and working outside in a range of weather conditions. To work under the direction of the Grounds and Horticultural Unit Manager.

This post is based at the University's Riseholme Campus.

This position does not fulfil the UK Visas & Immigration sponsorship criteria for Tier 2.
