This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to play a leading role in helping shape veterinary education at the same time as delivering world leading research.

We are seeking an anatomic veterinary pathologist (MRCVS with FRCPath/ECVP/ACVP with a particular interest in either companion animal or farm animal pathology) to join our team of board-certified pathologists and investigation officers, at our purpose built state-of-the-art Veterinary Pathology Centre in Guildford, Surrey.

In your new role at the University of Surrey, you will be encouraged to make a significant contribution to the advancement of research, with a view to the recognition of your activities at an international level. You will have an appetite for innovative data analysis techniques and be able to work well in a team. Your desire for continuous personal and professional development will be supported by the opportunity at Surrey to develop and capitalise on research collaborations within the wider academic community.

Your previous experience will also enable you to directly contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching programmes. In order to help you to maintain and develop your professional competence, you will also be given a time allocation to provide gross and histopathological diagnostic pathology support to the veterinary community, along with having the opportunity to work with experts from world class veterinary practices.
