Applications are invited for the post of Postgraduate Administrator in the Administration Team for Computer Science, Information Security and Mathematics (CIM).

This new team came into being on 1 August 2018. It brought together two existing teams with responsibility for over 1,600 students.

This is a Full-Time, Fixed Term role (until 31 July 2019)

The role of the Postgraduate Administrator is to operate all administrative functions that apply to the student group for which they are responsible. They will be expected to work closely with colleagues in other Professional Services, to be able to work with minimal supervision and to know when they need to seek guidance from senior colleagues.

Candidates should be flexible and have excellent organisational and people skills. They must be ready to use their initiative and take responsibility for solving problems.
