The School of Psychological Sciences are seeking to appoint 2 fixed term 0.5FTE Teaching Associates. Based at the University of Bristol, this is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in providing project support for a number of postgraduate dissertations (e.g ethics, programming, data analysis).

Working in a collegiate and supportive environment, you will work alongside the primary supervisor to determine the levels of support required and meet regularly with students. You will therefore need to have existing experience of supervising project students alongside the ability to identify appropriate statistical tests for different types of research designs and explain merits of differential analytical strategies.

You will be responsible for the organisation and delivery of a number of statistical clinics.

The posts will be for a fixed term period from February 2019- August 30th 2019.

The School holds a departmental Bronze Athena SWAN Award. We are committed to the equality of opportunities and to selection on merit. Our University is committed to creating and sustaining a fully inclusive culture. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and communities and are happy to consider flexible working options.
