Hosted by the editors of Times Higher Education, the global authority on university excellence, the Teaching Excellence Summit covers two full days of interviews, debates and discussions, and networking events including a gala dinner, drinks receptions, lunches and social events. As the first THE summit to be held in Canada, it will aim to explore three global themes that will greatly influence the future of higher education.

The Times Higher Education Teaching Excellence Summit 2018 was held on 10-12 July at the University of Glasgow. More than 200 higher education leaders and innovators came together to discuss the important of teaching and best practice. The event also launched the results of the pilot THE European Teaching Rankings.
