Khalifa University of Science and Technology is proud to be a part of the Times Higher Education  Asia Universities Summit 2019, on the very timely theme of “Connecting Asia, reaching West”.

Khalifa University sits at the crossroads of east and west, in the United Arab Emirates capital of Abu Dhabi. Our university strives to link not only geographic regions through our international faculty and student body, who represent over 60 countries, but also scientific and academic disciplines through innovative research and collaboration. Our academic programmes and research centres respond to the needs and challenges of the world in water, energy, health, transportation, ICT, security and more.

We have been working with some of the world’s leading academic and industrial giants to advance the cutting edge in science and technology. Our partners include the University of Tokyo, the Alibaba Group, the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, Tsinghua University and many others.
