Hospitality Management and Food Studies with Foundation Year - University of West London

Would you like to become a skilled restaurateur, with an understanding of global operations in the service industry? This joint BA will give you the well-rounded knowledge and skills required for a career in hospitality management, while allowing you to specialise within the food and beverage sector. This course is taught by professionals from the industry, a number of whom are involved with current research. Their knowledge and expertise will help you to develop your strategic view of hospitality as a global business full of opportunity. Throughout the course, you will develop your technical, supervisory and managerial abilities in the hospitality business. The foundation year course is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to continue onto your Honours degree.
