Motorsport Engineering covers three themes; core engineering covers subjects such as Maths, thermodynamics, mechanics, structures, stress analysis and advanced computational methods. The Design theme explores computational methods with practical skills in CAED. Finally, the applied technology theme teaches vehicle technology, motorsport vehicle dynamics and powertrain control, motorsport research and development and competition engine design.
