Dual Languages with Foundation Year - University of Hull

Combine any two languages from Chinese, French, German, Italian and Spanish. Alongside the language and linguistics, you’ll study topics such as the culture, history and society of the countries speaking your two languages. You’ll experience living and either working or studying in the different countries in Year 3. Hull offers excellent facilities in the Language Learning Centre. While studying for your degree, you have the opportunity to gain a recognised teaching qualification in Trinity CertTESOL (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). If you don’t have the qualifications to enter the programme directly, we offer a foundation year to prepare you for degree-level study. See our website for more information.
