**Why Media Production (with placement)?** Our Media Production degree prepares you to become a modern, multi-skilled media professional, who is familiar with a range of platforms. You’ll have the chance to experiment and pursue specialisms to suit your passions and ambitions, covering subjects such as interactive design, contemporary moving image, web technologies, graphics and animation. With opportunities to gain experience on placements at high-profile media outlets, including production companies, newspapers and start-ups, our graduates stand out from the competition. There is even the chance to undertake field trips to locations such as the BBC, the Annecy International Animated Film Festival in France and NBC New York (additional costs may apply, see course web page for details). You’ll draw on the expertise of experienced lecturers and learn from high-profile professionals within the industry at our annual Media Festival, for example.
