Through this understanding of health and disease processes, new treatments and therapies can be created or developed, which makes it a very dynamic and exciting field of study. The 3 year BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Sciences (with integrated Foundation) is a combination of our Biomedical Foundation followed by our 2 year BSc. It is designed for students who prefer to complete our 2 year BSc but requires additional modules to meet entry criteria for this accelerated degree course. It is taught on the Crewe campus (subject to contract) awarding graduates of this course a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Sciences degree. This course has the same entry requirements as a Biomedical Foundation and the same advantages and progression opportunities of our 2 year BSc. This course is usually most suited to international students and therefore we have included an optional English & Academic Skills module taught in the first semester. This course is part of the Medipathways® suite of courses, specifically designed for students interested in progressing on to medical or dental school as well as other healthcare sciences and professions.
