Lancaster's four-year combined French Studies and German Studies includes spending your third year working or studying in a country where French or German is spoken or split the year between the two countries. Our distinctive approach gives you the opportunity to acquire high-level language skills in two languages while gaining a thorough understanding of France and Germany's historical, cultural, social and political backgrounds in a global context.
