Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Dietetic Practice - La Trobe University

This combined degree prepares you to work as a dietitian through both theoretical knowledge and professional experience. You'll graduate with the skills you need to work in a diverse range of areas, from counselling patients to developing food products to optimising sports performance. Your first year includes a range of health and human bioscience subjects as well as chemistry and food fundamentals, paired with an elective in your area of interest. In second year, you'll deepen your scientific knowledge through subjects in biochemistry, nutrition and disease, physiology, and how food functions in society.
