You’ll study food science, biochemistry, physiology, pharmacology, immunology and microbiology. You’ll examine nutrition’s role in health and disease (in both developed and developing countries). An independent research project will be in a subject of interest to you (e.g. public health and clinical nutrition, food science and role of specific compounds in food).
