These include poetry, prose and non-fiction, professional writing, and writing for performance on stage, radio and screen. You’ll also explore topics and debates in the fields of creative writing, English literature and English language. You’ll examine how literature shapes, and is shaped by, wider social and cultural contexts. You’ll develop your oral and written communication and establish a strong foundation in the study of literature and language. There is a strong emphasis on developing skills in critical reading, writing and analysis.
