The Nicolaus Copernicus University of Torun has begun to train experts for Poland's Internal Security Agency. The two-year course will cover the sociological aspects of security, the history of the secret services, the legal foundations of internal security, crisis management and warning and alert systems. The first intake came mainly from the military, police and intelligence communities, but civilians will also be recruited.
