The European Commission has published a call for proposals in the thematic area of 'Aeronautics and Space' under the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6).
The call addresses the following areas:
- strengthening competitiveness;
- improving environmental impact with regard to emissions and noise;
- improving aircraft safety and security;
- increasing the operational capacity and safety of the air transport system.
Interested parties are advised to consult the original call text for details of which funding instruments will be used.
The total indicative budget for this call is 245 million euro.
